Job Summary
What You'll Be Doing:
šConduct competitor analysis, user research and market research, identifying the pain points and needs of traders with staying informed of the overall market landscape for the onboarding and trading experience. šDefine and deliver product roadmap, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategies to empower traders with a seamless trading experience. šDefine and analyze product performance metrics to guide product development. šDrive the entire product development process from research, and design to launching, collaborate with designers, UX researchers and engineers to develop detailed product specifications and drive global product launches.
What We Look For In You:
šBachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, or related field šSolid years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or trading technology šExperience with agile product development methodologies šData-driven and user-centric mindset with problem-solving skills šExcellent communication and collaboration skills šAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines šAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment šProficient in English language, Chinese Language is an added bonus but not a requirement (to work cross functionally with the tech team).
